How To Claim
If you have purchased in-store, simply return to the store where you bought, or intend to buy your furniture to submit your claim.
If you purchased online or over the phone simply call us on 03448 472 626.
What you’ll need to make a claim:
•The competitor’s name and store location
•The name of the relevant competitor’s product
•The product specification and details of the competitor’s product e.g.
Fabric (fabrics must be of the same grade)
Options (e.g. feet etc.)
•The product quote from the competitor detailing the relevant information (must be within 7 days of the Harveys invoice date)
Failure to supply any of this information will result in a claim being delayed or denied. See terms and conditions for more.
The Price Match Guarantee is available for purchases made from 26 December 2015.
For the Price Match Guarantee to operate, the price of the Harveys product will be measured against the price of our competitor’s products.
The Price Match Guarantee is based on the cost of the product only and does not include or relate to delivery charges, care and protection or warranty or any other options.
Comparisons with other Harveys products or Harveys previous or future prices are excluded.
Multiple purchase or other bulk discounts, e.g. “multibuy” comparisons are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.
Comparisons with on-line only competitor websites (including but not limited to Amazon and e-bay), mail order companies, internet auction sites and other online marketplaces are excluded.
The competitor product against which the comparison is being made must be in stock and available for supply.
The competitor product must be generally available at the competitor’s retail store and on the competitor’s website at the relevant price on either the day that you claim the price match or for a period of up to 7 days after your purchase of the product from us.
Personal, affiliated or membership discount comparisons are excluded.
Comparisons with competitor’s damaged, discontinued, clearance products or closing down sales are also excluded.
In deciding whether a competitor’s product is the same to the Harveys product, the competitor product must be brand new, undamaged, and be of the same design, grade of material (e.g. must be of the same grade of leather or fabric), options (e.g. feet etc.) framework, spring configuration, and components.
Typographical pricing errors will not be matched.
Customers are limited to one Price Match Guarantee per transaction and the Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The customer is solely responsible to follow the claim process below and to provide all documents of evidence to support their claim to the appropriate Harveys store or to Harveys telesales.
Any successful claims will be decided by referral to Harveys Head Office and, if found in the customers favour, will result in an equivalent reduction in the purchase price of the Harveys product that is to be purchased or which has already been purchased by the customer plus £10.
Harveys Head Office has the sole discretion in determining whether a Price Match Guarantee is successful or not. It also reserves the right to amend the terms of or withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time.
1. The competitor’s name and store location.
2. The name of the relevant competitor’s product.
3. The product specification and details of the competitor’s product e.g. design, grade of material (e.g. if leather must be of the same grade of leather), options (e.g. feet etc.) framework, spring configuration, and components.
4. The product quote from the competitor detailing the relevant information (must be within 7 days of the Harveys invoice date).
5. A web link to the competitor’s product page in order to provide full details of the competitor’s product.
6. The competitor’s product price.
7. Harveys order/invoice number and (where applicable) the location of Harveys store where you made your purchase.
Finance options are available on basket order total of £250 and over. Credit is available subject to status to UK residents aged 18 or over.
