Show off individuality with a coffee table

Coffee tables 'can modify the image of a space'

A one-off coffee table may be one way of adding style to a home.

Homeowners across the UK could follow the example of one designer and show off their personality and uniqueness within a piece of furniture, such as a coffee table.

Furniture creator Michael Arras has crafted a series of coffee tables from various pieces of high-grade birch plywood, Retro To Go notes.

The result is numerous one-off objects that could be considered high in style and creativity.

While the online publication illustrates one of the items in a cinnamon shade, it points out they can actually be made from any one of 16 different colours - suggesting there will be one suited to almost every home.

Although Mr Arras produces his coffee tables in Portland, US, British householders searching for a little sparkle in their living room could seek out a similar design.

Deliciously Determined writer Leah Margolis recently told of how coffee tables can now add style to any building, from residential to commercial properties.ADNFCR-2589-ID-800089558-ADNFCR
