A US homeowner has been given advice by a newspaper on how to make her property more comfortable that involves buying a new sofa.
Sabrina Brassard is said by the Washington Post to desire a more comfortable and welcoming lounge area.
The publication responds by suggesting Ms Brassard invests in a new sofa and other seating.
"Some new furniture, a welcoming seating arrangement and a fresh coat of paint will give the room new life," it states.
However, there are also words of warning that suggest it may not be best to rush in to buying a new sofa, with the painting of a lounge and measuring it to ensure furniture is the optimum size to fit both factors people may wish to consider prior to any purchase.
Jason Lee, writing for Fresh Articles Buzz, recently said choosing the right sofa is the key to creating a warm and comfortable lounge.
