An exhibition of designer furniture has come to London's Barbican Art Gallery.
An exhibition showcasing internationally recognised designer Ron Arad opened last week at the Barbican Art Gallery, featuring his distinctive furnishings.
The exhibition charts the furniture designer's career right up to his most recent creations.
Mr Arad's designs have often appeared on TV shows and the famous Rover Chair on Top Gear is one of his signature pieces and his furniture has also been seen in the Big Brother house.
Sofas might normally be reserved for the lobby of an art gallery, but this designer's work is beginning to prove an exception to the rule.
"Who is it that makes the rules that you can use cows in art fairs and you're not allowed to use things that might suggest some function?" he asked in an interview with Bloomberg.
These designs have been shown at Paris' Pompidou Centre and New York's Museum of Modern Art. The exhibition in London will run until May 16th.
