How can I pay?
For orders online, we accept most major credit and debit cards and full payment is required at the point of order. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Harveys store where you can take advance of one of our flexible finance schemes. Finance is subject to status.click here for more information.

What do I do if I don't want to place my order online?
Why not visit your local Harveys store? We have 158 stores nationwide each with a fantastic range of products on display across our three ranges; lounge, dining and bedroom. Our team of friendly and approachable staff are also waiting to help you. Click here to find your nearest store.

Why did the delivery time change when I chose a different colour for my sofa?
Sometimes sofas can be made more quickly in certain colours as the fabric or leather may be more readily available. For this reason, you may find that estimated lead times change if you choose the same product in a different colour, or if you add another product to your basket. Our aim is to be accurate and realistic about the length of time your furniture will take to make and be delivered to you.

How much is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is £59 regardless of the number of products ordered or where it is to be delivered in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. On rare occasions where access to the property is not possible, or for deliveries outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, additional local charges may apply and details are available on request. Please note deliveries may not be possible in more remote areas of mainland UK and you will be informed at the point of order if this is the case.

Do you offer a service to protect against rips, tears and stains?
Yes, we offer Product Protection and complete peace of mind for three or five years. This allows you to choose the furniture that you really want, not the furniture you think you ought to have, knowing that it will remain beautiful for years to come. Click here for more information.

I've placed my order online, what happens next?
Having placed your order please use the reference number on all correspondence to help us provide a better service to you.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed successfully within 5 working days

How long will my new furniture take to arrive?
This will depend on the products you have ordered. Some products, for example those made to order and to your specification will take longer than others. The estimated delivery time is displayed against each product and the delivery time for your complete order is normally the length of time that it will take for all items to be available.

How will I know when my furniture is ready?
When you furniture is ready, you will be contacted by phone to agree a mutually convenient delivery date.

Can I delay delivery once I have placed an order?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to store your product for any length of time therefore it is very important that you specify a `Not before date` at the point of order if you do not want your furniture until a later date.

Will all items be delivered together?
For most orders, we will ensure that the full order is delivered all together in one delivery. Some products are delivered on our behalf by a supplier using specialist transport, which may require an additional delivery if ordered with another piece of furniture.

The access to my home is quite tight, what should I do?
It is important that you are sure that the product can be delivered into you home and into your chosen location. If you are unsure in any way, please visit your nearest store and discuss any possible restrictions on access into your home so that we can perform a risk assessment with you. You should think in particular about vehicle access, lifts and tight stairs. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of placing your order. Just e-mail us to let us know. After this date our cancellation policy depends on the type of product that you have ordered as some items are made especially for you, to your specifications.
